I would prefer that a call is placed to me to set up my quarterly appointment, I do NOT like that you set it up without contacting me or even notifying me when it is. Not happy with this at all.

I also do not like that you do not send a paper bill. I was told you were going paperless - what do you do about the people that do
not have a computer?
