I’m dissatisfied with home paramount as a whole. The first rep I had was great. I requested for him back and they would not send him. I can’t believe that I spent money for someone to just lay sticky traps down and not pay attention to obvious holes where mice come through at. I found them myself and patched them. I am now mice free from my own efforts. And to top it all off, the last appointment, the older guy, that seems like he should just retire, came to the door and started setting up his bug spray. (Bug spray is a plus, but not why I needed pest control.) my doorbell camera notified me he was there. I spoke to him and he seemed confused. He had no intentions of knocking on my door. I know this because he said he was going to to start spraying out front and he was just fixing the container on the step. He told me he would knock on the door when done. He did no such thing. My mother and aunt were in the house. I have a full security system that has cameras notifying me of everything. He DID NOT come back to the door to come in to check traps. If he had come to the door, not only would the security panel have made a LOUD noise, everyone’s phones would have gone off. My mom told me she went to check to see where he was and the truck was gone. What kind of integrity is that?
He was here before and wouldn’t check half the traps or attempt to locate points of entry for mice. He is all about spraying for bugs, though.....
