Customer service so far has been atrocious. I've had two techs attempt to service my AC and it still isn't repaired. The first says it was refrigerant and charged me $400. He didn't even stay to see if it fixed the problem, he left. It wasn't fixed. I have no way of telling if that was even the problem. I was told the tech was new. Thanks. The second tech says it's a compressor that must be ordered. It's been 3 weeks and it still isn't fixed. AHS won't send another company to fix it. When you call Bell Cow it goes to an answering service during business hours most of the time. There is no sense of urgency for the people living in this heat, it's simply business. Still no idea when they will return to fix what I've already paid for. Make your own conclusions about their service.
