Communication throughout process was excellent, from office to the service representative. Schedule was adhered to 100% for tenting. Reasonable rates.
Balls of plastic was left behind in the gutter junctions (I guess this is to stop the gas from leaching out during the process). If we had not gone up on the roof for something else, we never would have known this until the first major rainfall and gutter failure :(
The lockbox is still on location after 4 weeks.
