When I called to discuss my wasp problem I had described how they were getting into the house. And the reason I didn't try to treat the nest myself from the outside is from this information on their website..
"Do not attempt to try to kill any you may see outside the wall. This will only result in the remaining wasps moving farther into the wall..."
Unfortunately, after their treatment, this is exactly that happened. Now I know unexpected things can happen with Mother Nature so that"s not what upset me. I don't judge a companies by unexpected situations, how they respond to them is what's important, and that's where they failed. They came and sprayed at 11am on Thursday, by the time I got home at 6pm there were HUNDREDS of wasps in the house (unprecedented so clearly a result of the treatment). I took care of those hoping in was a one time deal. The next day there was more than a hundred more. At 8:20am on Friday I sent an email explaining the issue, then at 3:41pm I called the service tech and left a message, and at 3:45pm I called the office and left another message. They didn't get back to me until 11:27am on Sunday, at which time I was only offered excuses as to how it's not their fault. At the end of the day I had to pay for a service even though I was the one who extracted hundreds of live wasps from my home, and they were perfectly ok with this.

PS I did call them before leaving this review to politely express my feelings on the issue and give them another chance. If they had given me even a slight hint of sympathy I wouldn't have wrote this. But they made it clear their only goal was to deflect all accountability so here we are.

PPS The service tech did call back in a timely manner to let me know I needed to call the office to get him on the schedule. It's the office that dropped the ball.
