They showed up on time for the estimate. No sales hype. No contract to sign. Called me promptly to schedule. Tech showed up--15 mins late but he called to let me know. Got down to business and was done in less than 2 hours. And they warrantied both the guest house (treated) and the front house (untreated) for 3 years. Their quote was $200 less than the first estimate and I didn't have to pay extra for getting an extended warranty.
