Five days service does not start on Monday late afternoon and end on Friday afternoon. That is only 4 - 24 hour days. The pests are not around during the day time, but come out late at night. Eliminating Friday night is cutting your service short by one day. Either have some one pick up traps on Saturday, or just charge for 4 days. Because you are not giving customers 5 full days. The technicians are good, but not your business practices.
