We have had a mouse problem since summer.After DIY attempts, we called Colonial and the technician who has come out 3 x, Keith, has been great. He assessed the situation inside and out, plugged and meshed up some gaps and placed baiting stations and traps in the attic, kitchen and basement. When it seemed the mice were not eating the bait, he changed the plan, added traps and location of the bait and now they have eaten a lot and sightings have stopped as well as noises from the attic. Keith was very friendly and professional, explained everything and answered all my questions. He said to call Colonial anytime, and I will be doing so in December or before. I really hope my problem is over. We are also keeping food in plastic containers and being careful about leaving tempting crumbs around. I would recommend Colonial for pest control.The staff on the telephone are also informative and book appts. as soon as possible.
