My husband and I are in a home we built almost three years ago. Since it was a new build, we didn’t realize some of the major problems a very reputable builder left for us to fix.

Last year, we started using the pest services of Kenny and Megan of Scout’s Pest Control. They definitely have the best services for pest control and glad we switched from another pest control company.

Mid year, Kenny found a leak from our bathroom shower dripping into the crawl space.

Then, several months later, due to the tremendous amount of rainfall, our crawl space had accumulated a great deal of moisture that could have caused mold in our wooden structures.

They had to dig trenches around the foundation for the water to flow downward and to install a dehumidifier and a sump pump to correct the dampness.

If Scout’s Pest Control had not found these problems in our new build, we would not have known about them. We would have had to fix them later on when the problems would have been much more costly to fix.

They are a delight to work with and we highly recommend them.
