Sam was very attentive, informative, and understanding of our situation and explained the whole process thoroughly. Not only was he the first person to return our call when we first reached out, but he was so thoughtful and patient with our many questions. He also pinpointed all our problem areas immediately. We wanted to wait a full week before reviewing to be able to properly review. Overall we're happy with the services we were provided!
