I was very happy with the service we got. The repairman, Tom who works out of Chesapeake did a very though job of investigating WHY our heat pump breaks down all the time. We have been living with bad smells for 5 years break downs and a number repairmen came out and did the quick fix and they were out of here. Please give this man a raise for setting the example of excellent service.
