Customer service has been terrible. Lack of follow through on post treatment inspections. I Question the qualifications of the technicians. After thermal heat treatment and 2 chemical treatments for BB, problem is still not resolved. Wondering if lack of follow through is intentional to ensure payment for another thermal treatment. After the last service date of June 10, 2017 I begged the technician to ensure there is follow through with inspection. As if 7/4/17 Still have not heard anything. Also the very next day i found one alive and saved it to show at the follow up. I would think a pest control company who advertises as a leader in integrated pest management would understand the psychological toll BB has on a person and would be responsive. I am at the point of switching to another company but am hesitant as the research advises against that. At my wit' s end. Very disappointed and angry.

We received your review and are sorry to hear the disappointment and anger expressed. We understand having Bed Bugs can be a frustrating and time-consuming process. Unfortunately, this type of pest can require multiple treatments and diligence on both the home owner and pest management firm. We see that additional treatments were provided on 7/7 and 7/14 with positive results thus far. Thank you for allowing us to continue to serve your pest management needs.
