I am writing this review over a year late. I did want to write it though. I worked with Steve Adams and I can not say enough about his integrity. I thought I had bed bugs. (It turns out I didn't - just a bad case of spider beetles). I was in such a panic that I was willing to pay for the whole house treatment. He insisted I stop spraying the house myself and wait 30 days and get a dog in to determine if I had an issue. I did not. He could have easily made money off my fear, but he took the right steps. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone - particularly if they are working with Steve. I so appreciated that he did not try to sell something I didn't need. I would use them again (working with him) in a heartbeat if I need assistance again.
