The Colonial technician that came was terrific. He was conscientious, clearly knew his business, thorough, and he took his time and offered suggestions on things we can do to keep the mice out that I would never have considered. Best part: no aggressive upselling or attempts to sign us up for additional contracts. Makes calling them again so much easier. Highly Recommend.
