Very friendly service that was initially made due to a very active yellow-jacket next immediately adjacent to our home. Initial call was helpful and based on the information provided, I decided to go with a year of service. They set me up with an appointment and arrived timely. Kurt, our technician, explained everything he was going to do for the home and yellow-jacket treatment. He was friendly and informative. The yellow-jackets were dead within 24 hours as indicated. The house treatment appears effective with reduced spiders, etc... in the home. Will see what Spring brings!
