Set an appointment for services and they came on a different day . Charged me full amount for only checking the front garden, they stated they could not do the back or the inside of the house because it was locked.
When I made the appointment they were notified that there is a latched rest gate that you can open buy pulling the latch rope that is clearly marked and to knock for entrance to the house.
Very unhappy.
