The service is good, but the scheduling leaves a lot to be desired. I had cancelled the service for last week but someone came anyway. Last week a man doing a check for termites inside. That was another error cause he wasn't schedule for that time either. No calls before hand to remind customer of when the service will be conducted. Now I want my in house scheduled at the same time the termite inspection for the inside needs to be on the same day And time. I am only available on Tuesdays and Thursday because of my dialysis schedule.
