I have been using Hart Pest Control for years. I am very happy with the gentleman who comes to do the service and he has been coming consistently. I am very unhappy with the scheduling system. Previously, someone from the company would call and we would find a mutually convenient time for the service. Now I get a text telling me when my service is scheduled. Last month the time was scheduled on a day we were out of town and I had to change it. I could not get another appointment for the month of May and had to wait until June. I am in the process of looking for a different pest control company because I am so frustrated with the scheduling system.
