Heath was very kind and efficient. We reviewed the treatment chart and he started right in. He appeared to do a very thorough job. We were unable to clear the affected bonus room completely before ATS arrived, and when we did so the weekend after treatment we discovered the REAL entry from the termites in a huge crack under a rug that came with the house when we bought it. I called ATS and told them about it and they returned the following week and treated the area all along the crack. It was all completed just in time for the new flooring to be installed.
