We are not happy for the service. The machine injection system used did not penetrate deep to the ground. The grass lawn was so thick and the ground soil is too hot, drying the chemical on the top soil. The whole two weeks before they treated my house the outside temperature ranges between 95 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. I checked the area that was treated by the machine when they were working for the treatment and found that the chemical dried up quickly and my digging on the treated area 5 to 6 inches below ground showed the soil was very dry. There was no chemical treatment. B&B claim that it will penetrate 18 inches deep below ground surface is not true. Better to do it yourself than calling B&B.
