The company staff answered the phone call, and no pushing buttons to talk to someone. I was able to get someone to come the same day to take care of a wasp hive in our backyard tree. The amount charged was very reasonable, and the hive was destroyed. Days later I noticed that part of the hive was still in the tree. When I called again, I got prompted service, and that someone would come in two days to take the hive away. The staff person didn't tell me there would be another amount charged after the hive was taken away. I am happy with the company and the work that was done. Still, I felt better communication was needed.
