Have a warranty company that called these people about our A/C. They came out said they fixed 2 days later stop working agin, came back on 10/31/19, put a new fan motor in handling unit . On 11/1/19 needed heat and the heat not working, called 11/2/19, the warranty company and myself called bell cow, and said no heat and they were just at our house, and they told us to bad we will get someone to us on Tuesday 11/5/19, in the mean time the temperature at night will be 32 -34, SO ME AND MY FAMILY AND DOGS WILL HAVE TO FIND A WAY TO DEAL WITH NO HEAT IN OUR HOUSE, AND THEY WERE OPEN ON 11/2/19 till 5pm. But told us pretty much sorry for your luck, even after being here 2 days before, Find a better place to get your work done, should have been fixed first time.
