Overall, we are receiving the service required. However, lately I have made some requests that have not been followed up on. For example, I called asking about having our facility treated for stink bugs. I was told my technician would contact me, and that did not occur. Previously, these requests were met with a very quick response. I am hoping that this is a one off, and not a new trend.
