I believe it was Justin who came to see if I had termites or not but after I showed him the dead bugs I killed, he said, no it is cockroaches and I have never been so happy to hear I had cockroaches.
He was polite and we talked about what is my next step and he told me to maybe call the man who does my pest spraying to see if he might come again after this episode and I did and the man came today with no charge!
Justin could have said, oh we do that and for $50 or whatever I'll have them do that. He is very good at communicating with people and so likable and so realistic. Give this guy a raise.
