I am not happy with the current service being provided by Home Paramount, branch 207. I have been having a rat problem in my crawl space and the management of this branch and the inspector leave something to be desired. Trip 1- technician comes to the house after dark to inspect the crawl space and won't because its dark. ???? Trip 2- inspector comes and says no "new" droppings but only uses his flashlight to inspect the entire craw space. Sets two traps just in case and I have two rats the next day. Called to have the rats removed and asked that a tech come the next day to remove caught rats and to re-set them and bring more traps to set up. Well the Trip 3 was cancelled because the tech who was supposed to do the above work had no traps on his truck so will come the next day??
Just appears to me that Paramount has become inept at managing and informing the techs before they leave in the morning. So here I am with two smelly rats driving the dogs crazy with their odor and still waiting for a resolution to the problem. Why they couldn't have at the minimum come to remove the caught rats and re-set those two traps, and then bring more the next day, is beyond me.
