Once again I had an inspector to show up without a ladder to asset mt attic!! Everytime they come, They have to return to check attic or use my ladder!! I'm paying full price for half of an inspection!! FYI- I have called the day before an remind them to bring a ladder and they still show without one!! Inspectors tell me that they're only so many ladders and it's first come, first to have one!!
