We have been a Terminix customer for home pest service for 5 or 6 years. I very much dislike the recent change that eliminated personal communication with the technician. Recorded messages work for your bottom line but do a disservice to your customers. Unless I happen to catch the technician to request service, which is a long short since i don't know when during the day he will come, I have no opportunity for personal contact with the technician or with Terminix for that matter. I hardly can rate the technician, since I have no contact with him. I have no reason to think he is anything but satisfactory. My rating below is meaningless but required for me to submit.

Mr. Anderson The automated system simply lets you know when we will be to your home for service. Your technician will call you prior to each service so you can see him if you would like to while he is there. As always, if you have a pest issue between scheduled services we are just a phone call away.
