My original work order was placed on 4 May. It took them two weeks to get out to my home. I finally got someone out on the 15th...I was told by the technician that I needed a new compressor and they would have to order it. Another week goes by and I have not heard a thing about my AC unit. Multiple attempts to call Bell Cow went directly to the answering service. I was told that they were either out to lunch or the message would be forwarded. By now it's the 24th!, I call AHS and they have no diagnostic info in the system because the tech never uploaded the diagnosis, so they can not send another company out...I am then told by AHS, that they will have to call Bell Cow to get the information sent directly to them. Ok, here's the part that really pissed me off...Bell Cow had no data from the Technician ...He had not turned in his diagnosis to the company. So, here I am waiting for another 48hrs for an answer. AHS finally calls me to tell me that they now have the info and that the part is local and that I should be hearing from the company soon. Today is the 31st and I am still without AIR!!! It's 90 degrees in my home and it has been damn near a month without a working AC. There has been no urgency dealing with this company. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
