No Good this time!
Had a termite inspection on 10/4, (Selling a house), tech said you will have your report by Friday 10/6, today is 10/11 and still no report yet!
called you guys twice on 10/10 to remind you and nothing!
William was nice, friendly but come on, get the system right, what's with the delay.
you all getting one star because of this.
I have your services at my own house for years now and at one of our rentals in Richmond. never had this issued, specially when it comes to your billing, never a delay there :)
