Difficult to rate at this time as my needs were for outdoor treatment. I have paid for the full visit but Unfortunately a new appointment was not able to be scheduled until 2 weeks out. That is reason for only 3 stars at this time. My technician was accommodating and helpful with some short term suggestions until my next visit. I am a long time customer who suspended for a year while building a new home. If this was my first experience with your company, I might have been less tolerant of my wait time (from wait for original visit to added wait for re-schedule)
