I didn’t confirm the last service appt and wasn’t here to allow the technician in so felt that was a wasted trip but then was disappointed to find a dead mouse in my shed that was clearly dead for some time but the tech didn’t check my shed to retrieve anything and did not Rebait the traps in there all of whom were empty . There doesn’t seem to be an integrated approach where the techs all know the history and where to go ..
