We were very inconvenienced when no one showed up for our scheduled appt. I waited on hold for a half an hour and was told the scheduler would call me back. After 2 hours I called and waited in cue again for a half hour. I was told that my appt over booked. It was rescheduled for the next day. At this point I have taken the house and bed apart and moved my 84 year father out. So I have to make accomodations for him to stay with me overnight. Get medecine, clothing etc. Ty showed up the next day and was very courteous. We are new customers for quarterly service. Not a good start. Not posting on google. A discount would be appropriate.
