We have a large fog and asked to be notified before the tech shows up. This week McCall’s showed up when no one was home without an appt. Luckily the dog was inside because they went into my gated backyard. When they left they didn’t latch the gate properly. I let him out and he took off. I am so angry at the carelessness and failure to notify us.
