I was happy with the service till you were bought out and I never got a bill for 2022 until September 2022 and that was after I checked with a service tech about the date for treatment and he told me McCalls had stopped my service because of non payment. I never got a bill in the mail or notice on my e-mail or a phone call. I called and thats when I found out I owed over $700 dollars because they hadn't billed me for the services. I then found out that someone had changed my billing address and then the week after I called McCalls to try to get all straightened out my tenant called and said I had two letters from McCalls that had came in the mail the week before. I have no idea how they got the tenant's address to send the statements to them. I've done business with McCalls for seven years and never had problem like this till they got bought out. I don't know yet if I'll stay with McCalls or find another company to do my pest control.
