My first experience with Bell Cow was the result of a warranty claim through First American Home Warranty. My ac was freezing up do to freon leak. Bell Cow came out and visually look at the coil and said it needed to be replaced and didn't even bother to look at the condenser. He told me the warranty company would not touch it. Then they tried to charge me $800 for some bogus non-covered charged some of which they tried to justify as code requirements. However a homeowner is not required to meet current codes on a replacement and Bell Cow knows it but does not disclose it. I am going to have someone else fix and take Bell Cow to small claims court to recover my cost.
