Installer put it in and ran out and didn’t clean up his mess he left a cord that he uncovered in the ground exposed and didn’t attempt to reinstall it

Also I had a insulation board on the back of the old door and I swore the rep said they put one on for me but that word wasn’t passed on or didn’t get didn’t happen so they’re coming back out to put it on next Friday.
