This was the 2nd company I tried for a serious rat problem. Eric came and was wonderful, spending hours to see how the rats were getting in, and for each entry way he resolved the problem. The first company had found none of these. Eric then placed rat traps and then returned to re-assess my problem. We finally fixed the situation and I cannot imagine anyone would could have done better! The company is great and Eric is a hero! I highly recommend Waltham Pest Control!
