Had trouble scheduling. Tech didn’t show up when they said they would. Tech showed up several days later after I called to find out what was happening. I received a bill before they completed the service. I was told that because of the life span of mole crickets that the second application had to be completed with in 7-10 days but second applications was scheduled for 14 days after first application. When I questioned this they changed their story and said that second application had to be done within 14 days which was different from what I was told by the tech. Also when I question this the office person was rude and very short with me.
