I have had an excellent experience with all of your service people. What I dislike the most is your telephone menu. It is extremely obnoxious and I dislike calling your company for any reason. I received the best service by physically stopping by the local office - and I received excellent service there. Your telephone service is just awful with it's very long waits, and all the advertising and silly quizes. I do not want to listen to any of that.
