The technician is very responsive and informative so I am happy with that part of my experience however, the actual results on my lawn have not been as good. I seem to have a lot of “issues” with chinch bugs and fungus which I will say have never impacted my lawn as it is now. I’m not sure if it has to do with the long lag time in between treatments. In the past, treatment would be a min of every 30 days.
