In May, 2018 we had purchased a Sedona Sanidry Dehumidifier for our unfinished basement. We had used it all that Summer and turned it off in the Fall. When we went to start it up in May, 2019 we got an "error message". I immediately called Cowley's as the Unit was still under Warranty. I gave them the "error message" and they set up a Service call within a day or two. When the guys came, I was very surprised that they came in with a whole new Unit and just replaced the original one with no questions asked and took the old one away! They didn't even attempt to "repair" the unit or give us a hard time about replacing it! We were more than pleased with their Service and how they honored the Warranty on the Dehumidifier. I would highly recommend Cowleys sales and service to anyone wanting to deal locally with a family owned and operated business.
