I am hoping this works... I have request for the owner Tracy Coats to call me so I can speak with him personally and Bill the Operations manager said he won"t call me because that is what Bill is there for. I just would like to speak to Mr. Coats myself and let know my experience with his company from my mouth not through someone else take on my experience. I think Mr.Coats would want to know what his customers are experiencing when they have issues. So please call me back... I was told by Amber that Mr. Coats would call me by the end of the week and Bill said it"s not going to happen. Crossing my fingers this works.....Thank you.
