I have had Neuse for over ten years and have been satisfied with their work. Although, in September they tell me that they were here to do the service, but I have no proof that they were here and did the job. I found no bill on my door indicating that they did the work. I asked for a picture of the original work order but they (you) have not provided it. I don't feel that I should have to pay until you provide me with the original completed work order. Maybe if you read this, you can call me and get this situation cleard up. Thank You!
