This is an artificially low review. I am fine with my service, but I didn't even know I was getting service until I saw an email asking me to rate my experience. I didn't know someone was coming, so I don't actually know how anyone got into my condo building. I called Ramon, my provider, after he was there to discuss this and find out when my next appointment is scheduled and never heard back. I wasn't able to notfiy the 10 other people (not including children) who live in my building to let them know someone was coming and make sure someone was home to let him in. Overall, it's making me question staying with rose and I would appreciate a call back.
