We had a technician, Anthony, come out to help us with the humidity in our house last Friday. he told us that our filter needed to be changed and that was basically it. We change our filter about every month so I was surprised to hear that is what was causing it to be 61%+ humidity in our house. He left and the condition did not improve, and by the next day our A/C would not even turn on. We tried all weekend to call Bell Cow and got no answer on any number or email. To make matters worse we had a sick kid that was throwing up in our house in 85 degree weather with 70% humidity. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
