I wasn’t impressed with the long wait time to have my AC serviced. I called and made an appointment and the tech came on Friday(29 May) and couldn’t work on it so I had to wait for.a follow up which wasn’t for 4 days later(2 June). Another tech came out and still didn’t fix the problem and needed to wait 48 hours to find out the issue. So my follow up Appt isn’t schedule until 8 days from the 2nd. (10 June) I am still waiting on my AC to be fixed which i am now on 11 days without AC and I still have to wait 4 days until my scheduled appointment while I’m calling daily to see if anyone has canceled an appointment. This is unacceptable with 90 degree temps with animals in my home. I have been patient being that I have two AC units but the wait time is ridiculous. I will be reporting this to AHS to not use this company as a provider.
