The supervisor that came out the first time was very nice, very thorough. However the guy that is supposed to come out to my house today, Mike, called to say he would be late and I told him that was ok, just to call me and let me know he was on his way so that I could be home. We had agreed on him coming by at noon. I get a call at 11,30 from him telling me he is on his way. I told him I would be there at noon, as agreed. That I was not at home and it would take me a little while to get there. He responds “well I guess I don’t have a choice.” So rude. Like I didn’t have a Choice whether you were late or not, right?? I told him I can’t wait around my house half a day every Saturday for you to decide to show up.
