We started using Blue Star after Katrina.....so 14 years. We use them for our home, my mom’s home, my son’s home and his rental properties. I had to ditch another service that I used for years because of cancellations and no shows.

What makes Blue Star different is communication, follow up service emails and personal contact. When our bank changed our cards TWICE due to expirations and then going to chip cards....our auto payment stopped. I was able to talk to a HUMAN and they understood. No late fees, no reporting to a credit agency.

Contracts allow us to call in between service dates for specific problems. James came out the same day to get rid of wasps in my son’s bushes and ants at a rental property. James services all our family homes and properties. He’s so personable. We have pets and he answers all our questions about how the service affects them. If we prefer an area not be sprayed, he understands and dies exactly what we want.

Yeah, I know this is a bit long, but after fixing yet another credit card replacement issue on our auto pay bill, I realized this review should’ve been given years ago. Thanks for making things so easy!
