We have been very satisfied with the service and response we have received over the last 10+ years from Terminex. Everyone has been very professional. You are not always perfect but you fix it if it is not right.
I would like to make a special mention of our normal pest control technician, Jacob. He is ALWAYS punctual; he takes his time to do things right; he gives suggestions where we can help him support his effort; he is honest and knocks himself out to get our investment (house) right every quarter.
