I appreciated that they answered when I called or called back shortly when other companies took much longer. I don't know anything about termites so I was trusting them to do what they thought they needed.... I did call back after treatment to ask some follow-up questions but I know with the "warranty" they will come back if any further issues arise. They were also priced better than other companies I called.
